¿ The OOA-HR kick-off workshop . This workshop was organized at the HR industrial conference (ePortfolio 2006. Oxford). The ePortfolio conference represents indeed a large part of the HR community, specially the European HR market. It was attended by 300 people, most of them represent technology providing and up-taking companies. The OOA-HR workshop was attended by 50 participants. 15 position and demo presentations were given at the workshop. Some speakers are indeed well-known at the world level in this field. A discussion panel (and a survey) was organized at the end of the workshop, which was very active and led to produce this roadmap. It is also worth to note that 17 application forms to join the OOA were filed at the end of the workshop.
