During the stay the DILIGENT ontology engineering methodology was elaborated. DILIGENT stands for distributed, loosly controlled and evolving engineering of ontologies. In particular a detailed description of the process model was published and an ontology to support argumentation was engineered. The DILIGENT argumentation ontology is a first step towards the methodological integration of manual and automatic methods for ontology engineering
