- some committee decides in case of unclear cases

- the certificate is assigned to special courses (on request of some Kweb members, according to user feedback, rating on the platform...)
--> may be useful to have this for different communities (DL, OntoEngin,...)
--> 2 things: stamps/certificate (excellence material) + reading recommendations (for different CoPs ---> more dynamic and volatile)
